From the Nile – The Melodies of Sayed Mekawy

The fourth night of the International Music Festival comes to us on the evening of Saturday, October 25, like a gentle Nile breeze and a melody flowing from the heart of old Cairo. During this night, we will soar with the works of an artist who turned melodies into poems that light up the darkness and made singing a gateway to joy. This night has been titled “From the Nile – The Melodies of Sayed Mekawy”, where we will revisit a wide selection of the late composer’s works, performed by Ramy Abdel Moneim and Maha Hanafi, accompanied by the orchestra under the baton of Maestro Dr. Mohammed Al-Buaijan.
