MOI issued instructions for Kuwaitis and expats
The Ministry of the Interior called on Kuwaiti citizens and expats to adhere to Ministerial Resolution No. 64 of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Health, which prohibits the holding of gathering including wedding parties which are held in a public or private place, including private housing, preventing banquets, receptions and others.

5 years imprisonment and 50,000 KWD fine
The Cabinet Ministers decided approval of a draft law amending Article 17 of Law No. 8 of 1969 with the health and preventive needs of communicable diseases, which aims to increase the penalty for those who violate the provisions of this law or the decisions implementing it by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months, and a fine not exceeding five thousands of dinars, or one of these two penalties, as well as the severity of the penalty for anyone who violates the decisions mentioned in Article 15 of this law related to the epidemic of imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not more than thirty thousand dinars , Or one of these two penalties. .

Power supply cut to 370 buildings housing bachelors
Deputy Director of Judicial Arrest and member of the Bachelors Committee and Joint Committee on Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh at the Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) Ahmad Al-Shammari disclosed that the latest statistics showed disconnection of electricity of 370 buildings since the beginning of the campaign for bachelors living in family residences; indicating the action was taken after the erring building owners refused to heed warnings sent to them earlier, reports Al-Jarida daily.
