Description
Job Title: Laundry Supervisor
Location: Central Laundry – Ar Riggae, Kuwait
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily central laundry operations, garment processing, and workflow quality.
- Manage POS computer transactions, daily cash handling, and register reconciliations.
- Prepare operational logs, shift reports, and performance tracking sheets.
- Assist and guide laundry staff during peak hours with item sorting, handling, and machine processing.
- Ensure proper utilization and basic maintenance oversight of laundry equipment and machinery.
Requirements
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; working English is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in laundry operations, garment fabric care, and laundry machinery.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy for sales entry, billing, and report generation.
- Soft Skills: Leadership capacity, accurate cash-handling skills, and strong customer service focus.
