Bachelors in Kuwait may soon be fined for living outside of dedicated residences in a bid to separate them from family communities, local media has reported.

The concerned government authorities have declared war against bachelors living in private residential areas in a bid to ward off the corresponding social, demographic and security risks. The authorities decided to take necessary procedures to end the phenomenon and provide alternative solutions to residents of affected buildings. Minister of Communications and Municipality Affairs Essa Al- Kandari has affirmed that authorities will no longer handle such violations with levity, so the ministry will implement the law against bachelors living inside family accommodations.

When I call baladiya and Police station to complain about the same, No action taken yet. PACI No. 18422885. M.0 # 1713/001. Block-1, Street 114, Building # 259-260. There are so many bachelors living in the family building opposite of our rooms. There are many Basement rooms also there in this building. Basement accommodation is also illegal. But, where to complaint, all are smoking and noisy bachelors. Haris is very aggressive and one sided. He always support then. Please notify this to concerned authorities, if anybody can help us.
Very good step. I appreciate this law. Infact I would prefer if government make law for bachelor to live in company made camps in their own promises.

If in case they will emplement this may be they will also put many bldg for bachelors only in every places of Kuwait to avoid problems of all bachelor s employees gob sites and inshaallah they will decide to minus some amount the rent because of no allowed boarders?

No so why this thinking come in mind kuwait had about 2.8 millons expat out of which how mant bacholors just check and plan a decent place for all becholors then migrate them. Just saying war on becholors media should underand the resposibility for the words they r using becholors are doctors engineers qulifeid technician for all engineering feilds so whar u think v becholors came here to face a war we r here for our family and v better know how to live like family in oher country. So my heartly request to media such harsh words first plan for becholor city then ler them shift peace. If bachelor's shift to bachelors area, then if families start settling to that area, then again bachelor's will be blamed for staying in the families area's,so where will they go

Kuwait had ban in most of the Muslim countries for applying family visa. What bachelors should do … Should they kill their families and come to Kuwait. First of all Kuwait should lift band on family visa from any nationality.
On the other hand law makers should make employee resistance or resistance allowance compulsory in labor law.

The deflation in Oil Market is alarming for Kuwait now. Worst ever in the history. Try to focus this issue. Bachelors are contributing so much to the economy. Why is an issue? Provide them what is due for them.

Haris are asking KD50 to KD100 in each flat! If the building has 30 flats the haris will earned KD5000 if he ask KD50 each flat at KD10000 if he ask KD100 in each flat! How big money he get in few days!!! Then if he had problem with the flat owner the haris will end the contract and look for new costumer and again asking for HADIYA!!!

Bachelors are not allowed to take flat even if yuo are in company visa…some bachelors flat are mostly taking familys.
Joy i dont think the above law may apply to company accomodations..As far as i know compny flats already have the approval for allowing thier employes to stay in a sharing accomodation..
