How WINCH APP Works?
WINCH (a Kuwaiti term for tow truck) is Kuwait’s first roadside assistance app that gets rid of the hassles of any car troubles you might face by connecting you to a network of experienced tow truck drivers at the click of a button.

1.Allow GPS to pinpoint your location on the map. If your location is not found, you can manually drop a pin onto your position on the map.
2.Click “Request WINCH.”
3.Enter your car details and a description of the incident.
4.Sit back, relax, and watch your driver come to you!

Have you ever been stuck on the side of the road with absolutely no idea who to call or what to do? Don’t waste your time standing in the heat. Just pull out your phone and request help with one simple click. All drivers registered to WINCH will have a picture, a phone number, and a rating to assure that you are provided a safe experience.
