The Minister of Education and Higher Education Bader Al-Essa announced raising fees in schools with Filipino curriculums and also raise salaries for employees at these schools.
The Ministry of Education said in a statement on Thursday that the fees for elementary schools will be KD 516, the intermediate is KD 568, KD 590 for high schools and a maximum of KD 492 for kindergarten, for the term of 2014-2015.
Meanwhile, the salaries of kindergarten teachers will be KD 200, elementary teacher KD 250, intermediate is KD 275 and KD 300 for high school teachers, the Ministry added.

Its not question of rich or poor uts question of freedom of access. Im Italian, we struggle with taxex but education its free for everybody, italian and non italian.
That's good news
Such rich country instead of they give free education to everybody, they are making impossible to get education……….
