The Directorate-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a circular to all airlines to impose extra charges on each ticket for flights departing from Kuwait as of early April, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The sources said the extra KD 8 charged per ticket shall go into the coffers of the DGCA. The daily did not give more details.
