Job Description

Handle all payroll related activities
Prepare employees daily personal transactions such as:penalty, sick leave, promotions, transfers, termination, salary certificatesand calculation of indemnity
Provides administrative support in the preparation ofcorrespondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employeeissues
Check monthly attendance, absence and annual leave in processof preparing the pay roll
Updating personal files of employees
Any other duties assigned by management
