Bachelors in Kuwait will be deported if they return after eviction
Bachelors from 54 percent of buildings found to have violated the law and 224 warnings were issued to the concerned landlords, reports Al-Seyassah daily.Al-Manfouhi made the announcement during the team’s meeting at the Capital Governorate Headquarters. He urged the officials not to relent in their efforts during Ramadan to ensure they issue warnings and put stickers on violating buildings for easy eviction after Ramadan.
He asked the representatives of governorates to send letters to their respective mayors, notifying them about the eviction of bachelors from family residential areas. He said this will help them identify the actual number of violators and deal with bachelors who might return after eviction. He added the team will coordinate with the Ministry of Interior to deport erring expatriates, asserting the law must be strictly enforced on everyone.
